Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) Treatment
Massage is a holistic approach to releasing tension, reducing pain, and enhancing overall wellness. This treatment will involve a variety of techniques including general Swedish massage which uses gentle, flowing strokes to promote relaxation and circulation, myofacial release which focuses on easing tension in the connective tissues to improve flexibility, trigger point release which targets tight muscles to alleviate specific pain points and active stretching which can increase joint mobility and enhance function. The specific techniques used and tailored to the needs of each individual. Every treatment will include a brief interview, some assessments, the hands on treatment and suggested home care.

RMT Treatment
An RMT treatment with the addition of smooth, heated stones which are used as an extension of the therapist hands to massage muscles. The warmth from the stones helps to deeply relax muscles, ease tension improve circulation and promote a sense of calm. Combining massage techniques with the soothing effects of heat to enhance relaxation and relieve stress.
